Even this article is « old » (written in 2014), it highlights an ever up-to-date topic I cherish : the environment- mind- body connection. While neuroscience and other modern sciences are bringing new knowledges, the positive impact of physical activity in Nature on creativity, memory, performance and, more globally mental health is known since Antiquity.
And it reminds me to schedule my yearly long walk in order to be ready for the next chapter.
