« WFH » (to not be mistaken with « WTF ») is a direct and intimate impact of VUCAD (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous, Diverse) world in our daily life. The almost global and extended period of lockdown has force both companies and employees to implement this practice since the 2nd quarter of 2020.
For some, indefinitely. It is now 4 years i am fully working remotely and don’t know how a real office looks like. To me, an office can alternatively be a beautiful library, a desk in the house I live, a train seat, even a forest while I’m on phone. It implies much more discipline than when I was working in a « real » office. So it is nice to read what I miss.
