I have discovered neurodiversity through self-awareness at around 30. I think it is one of the most unknown source of diversity among human, probably because it is invisible. Completely overlooked, underestimated and misunderstood. I have suffered a lot before I understand and started to assume it.
Having been through one of the top B-school Executive MBA, I fully support the point of this article to push B-schools (which shape the leaders of the world) to be more inclusive in regards of invisible, yet probably more impactful, diversity.
Please note that dyslexia, ADHD and others are simply symptomatic of a misfit between neurodiverse mind and linear / neurotypical systems. Neurodiversity is not an illness.
